• Lead counsel on the acquisition of a marina containing approximately 220 boat slips on the South Carolina coast. Represented developer in connection with the acquisition, financing, condominium documentation and sale of an approximately 220 wet slip marina in Charleston, South Carolina.
• Lead counsel for the acquisition and development of 194 acres for an upscale residential subdivision in Aiken County, South Carolina.
• Lead counsel to a real estate development company in the acquisition, leasing, financing and development of an upscale mixed-use neighborhood center (containing 60+ total acres, including 144,000 square feet of retail commercial space) in Cary, North Carolina.
• Lead counsel for the leasing, development and condominium structure of a 45-acre mixed-use shopping center development, including leasing space in the center to national retailers and restaurants.
• Lead counsel to a real estate development company in the acquisition, leasing and financing of approximately 20 freestanding drugstore projects in North Carolina and South Carolina.  One South Carolina project involved the ground leasing of two adjacent parcels for the construction of a drugstore which is situated on the boundary line between the two parcels.
• Lead counsel to a real estate development company in the acquisition and financing of national retail super centers in Georgia and North Carolina.  These projects involved the negotiation of development agreements and comprehensive documents containing easements, covenants and restrictions affecting the entire shopping center.
• Lead counsel for acquisition and financing of urban office buildings.
• State counsel for acquisition of more than 30 convenience stores in eight counties across South Carolina.
