General Biography
Frank is a certified specialist in Employment and Labor Law. After graduating from Georgia Tech, Frank served in the United States Marine Corps. Thereafter, he went to law school to be a labor lawyer. He has practiced in the areas of employment and labor law since 1984. He advises and represents employers, public and private, in all facets of federal and state employment and employee benefits law. He has also developed a substantial mediation practice in employment law matters.
