General Biography
After attending Wofford College, Bill attended and graduated from the University of South Carolina School of Law.  He has practiced in the areas of workers’ compensation and employment law since 1971.  Bill advises and represents employers, insurance carriers, and self-insurance funds in workers’ compensation and employment law related matters.
