General Biography
Steven is a resident in the Charleston office and practices primarily in the area of workers' compensation law.  He graduated from the University of South Carolina in 1982 with a Bachelor of Arts in political science and received his Juris Doctor in 1990 from the University of South Carolina School of Law.  Steven previously served as a prosecutor for the State of South Carolina in the 9th Judicial Circuit for more than seven years.  In addition, he has practiced law in the areas of civil defense and hospital defense.
