General Biography
David practices in the areas of civil and criminal litigation, eminent domain and domestic law. He graduated from the University of South Carolina with a Bachelor or Arts degree in 1962 and obtained his Juris Doctor in 1964 from the University of South Carolina School of Law. David was a member of The Order of Wig and Robe, Blue Key, Phi Delta Phi and the South Carolina Law Review. He has served as the Florence County Assistant Solicitor, a member of the South Carolina House of Representatives, Highway Commissioner, 12th Judicial Circuit and as member of the South Carolina State Development Board.
