General Biography
After graduation from law school, Charlie served in the United States Army for two years, including a tour in Viet Nam.  He then clerked for U.S. District Judge Charles E. Simons, Jr., before joining Turner Padget in 1974.  He has more than 30 years’ experience in the defense of personal injury actions, and has tried cases in state and federal courts throughout South Carolina.
