General Biography
Daniel concentrates his practice in the areas of business tax planning, estate planning, tax-exempt organizations and business organizations.  He obtained a Master of Laws degree in Taxation from Georgetown University in 2005.  Daniel received his Juris Doctor degree from Cumberland School of Law at Samford University in Birmingham, Alabama in 2004 and also received a Master of Business Administration from the Samford University School of Business in 2004.  He graduated from Auburn University with a Bachelor of Science degree in finance in 2000.  He is a member of both the South Carolina and Alabama Bar and is a member of the Taxation Section and the Probate, Estate Planning and Trust Section of the South Carolina Bar.  Daniel is originally from Dothan, Alabama and has been with the firm since August of 2005.
