General Biography
Wesley has a business transactions practice that is concentrated in commercial real estate development.  He advises developers, buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, lenders, and investors with regard to real estate development, sales, acquisitions, financing, leasing, construction, zoning and regulatory matters, and real estate title insurance matters.  Wesley joined the firm in 2001, after serving as outside counsel to a commercial real estate development company that focused on large shopping center and freestanding drugstore development.
