General Biography
David practices in the Columbia office and concentrates his practice in the tax and business areas, advising mid-sized companies on numerous tax and business issues. He obtained his LL.M. in Taxation from New York University in 1983 and is a Certified Public Accountant.  David obtained his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Mississippi in 1981, cum laude, and was a member of the Mississippi Law Review. He also obtained his B.A. in accounting and his Masters in Business Administration from the University of Mississippi in 1973 and 1974. David is also a member of the Georgia and Mississippi Bars.

David serves on numerous trade association and charitable boards.
