General Biography
Ed has an active insurance and general litigation practice, which includes directors and officers liability, business torts and toxic tort litigation.  During the past 30 years, Ed has been responsible for the handling of numerous cases in these practice areas in both state and federal courts.  Ed is a member of the Fourth Circuit Judicial Conference.  Ed received his B.A. degree in English from Wofford College in 1969 and his J.D. degree from the University of South Carolina in 1972.  A native of Florence, Ed practiced law in Spartanburg from 1972 to 2006.
