General Biography
Tucker is a resident of the firm's Charleston office and currently practices primarily in the area of workers compensation law. She is a graduate of the College of Charleston and obtained her Juris Doctor degree from the USC School of Law.  In addition to her practice in workers compensation, Tucker has practiced law in the areas of professional liability and civil litigation including the defense of insurance carriers in bad faith claims, automobile claims, nursing home claims and other professional and product liability claims. She was on the Editorial Board of The Law of Automobile Insurance in South Carolina, Third Edition.
