General Biography
Pierce’s practice focuses on business and commercial counseling and litigation assisting clients with regard to business organizations, corporate governance, buy-sell agreements, contract disputes, business torts, commercial collections and real property and probate disputes. He is a native of Florence and began practicing in Turner Padget’s office in 2004.
Pierce was selected to participate in the ABA Section of
Litigation Young Lawyer Leadership Program in 2007.
One of only four lawyers nationwide invited to join the
program, Pierce will be a part of the Section of Litigation
leadership for two years.
