General Biography
Heath was born and raised in Marion, South Carolina.  After high school, he attended the University of South Carolina from 1993 to 1996 where he received his undergraduate degree in criminal justice.  While in college, Heath was a scholarship employee for the USC football team, which won the national championship in 1995 (actually, it was only the Carquest Bowl).  After graduating, he began law school at the University of South Carolina School of Law, earning his Juris Doctor from USC in 1999.  Heath sat for and passed the Bar Exam in the summer of 1999 and thereafter began a clerkship with Hon. James E. Brogdon, Jr. of the South Carolina Twelfth Judicial Circuit.  In August of 2000, Heath began working at Turner Padget as a member of the Torts and Insurance and Trucking and Transportation teams.
