General Biography
David is an associate in the Columbia office and practices
with the Product Liability team. His areas of practice focus primarily on automotive manufacturer litigation,
class actions, mass torts, and trucking and transportation.
David graduated magna cum laude from the
University of South Carolina with a B.S. in criminal justice
and minor in political science. He obtained his Juris Doctor
degree from the University of South Carolina School of Law
in 2006, where he graduated cum laude, was a member
of the Student Bar Association and served on the editorial
staff of the South Carolina Law Review.
David is also a member of the Order of the Wig and Robe
and Order of the Coif. While attending law school, he
received the CALI Award, formerly the American Jurisprudence
Award, for Secured Transactions and Intellectual Property.
